Check Agents shows rankings of estate and letting agents based on recorded market activity, such as sales and lets agreed, derived from licensed third party data sources and public records. It is a general information service.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is a recommendation, endorsement or criticism of any agent, and nothing is financial, legal or professional advice. Rankings reflect recorded activity over a stated period. They may not capture every transaction, and past activity does not guarantee future performance. Always make your own enquiries before instructing any agent.

Accuracy

We work to keep the data accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error free. Data reaches us from third parties and may contain their errors or omissions. If you are an agent and believe data about your business is wrong, contact us at admin@checkagentsuk.com and we will investigate promptly.

Valuation requests

If you submit a valuation request we will pass your details to a small number of agents in your area as described in our privacy notice. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with an agent, and we are not responsible for their services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on the information in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Fair use

You may use the site for personal, non commercial research. You may not scrape, bulk extract or republish the data, or use the site in a way that degrades it for others.
